Roadhouse · Brewery · Distillery
Truck out front. Dog on the porch. Beer in hand.
Biscuit Wells is a backroad bar, barbecue kitchen, brewery, and small-batch distillery in the making, built around smoke, steel, dogs, denim, and the kind of night that does not need polishing.
Old school, not old tired
A little smoke, a little shine, and no fuss.
Rusted metal, warm brick, loud laughs, worn boots, cold beer, a decent whiskey, and a menu that respects hunger.
What is on the board
Barbecue, beer, and brown liquor.
Smokehouse plates
Brisket, pulled pork, charred sausage, ribs, beans, pickles, and white bread if you know what to do with it.
House beer
Clean lagers, rusty pale ales, porch stouts, and whatever small-batch thing survived the test keg.
Distillery shelf
Whiskey, corn liquor, bitter cocktails, and a few drinks that arrive without a speech.
The one and only
A bar with a dog-friendly soul and a truck-stop grin.
The best version of Biscuit Wells feels like it has always been there: brick walls, sawdust confidence, good lighting, a few dents, and a staff that knows regulars by their boots before their names.
